The Innovation department is specialised in the setting up, coordination, administrative and financial management of European and national projects with an experience of more than 100 European projects coordinated in all technical areas covered by the thematic programmes. The 50 consultants of the department are all engineers and/or PhD holders with complementary training in marketing, technology transfer, project management, etc

 

Anne-Cecile de Giacomoni, Dipl. Engineer in Materials Sciences and Master degree in Management, has been working for 12 years at ALMA as a consultant for different aspects related to Innovation management: technological watch, setting up and management of collaborative R&D projects. She has been involved in projects coordination of very different size since the 4th FP programme and is currently involved in the management of 4 FP6 Research projects.
She is also involved in two CSA actions: SECURE FORCE (FP6) an ETI for support actions towards SMEs and their participation into European projects in the field of Energy and Security and Kappa Health (FP7) in the area of Health.

Patricia STASKO-KUDELKA is an administrator in the Innovation Department of ALMA Consulting Group. Her experience, since 3 years, is the management of contractual and financial aspects in the setting-up, negotiation and coordination phase of the European projects. She works on the NMP and ICT thematics in FP6 and FP7 Integrated Projects with both industrial and academic partnership. She will be responsible for the optimisation of the grant, costs follow-up and financial reporting, and she will be working on all legal and contractual management. Mrs. Stasko-Kudelka has a Natural Science master degree and worked shortly in the International Department of Regional Directorate of Water Management.
